Remote job position: Systems Administrator

As a Systems / Network Administrator on the Banno Team at Jack Henry & Associates, you will be responsible for working with developers to maintain the release, health and integrity of our systems and services. Our technology stack includes; Linux systems, enterprise network and security services, public/private cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and application orchestration systems. You'll work with Mac OS/Linux based development teams as well as our support group to create and support tools that make everyone's life easier. You'll assist with application progression through pre-production environments and release to production systems. You'll work closely with our web hosting division and provide technical support for our hosting platform. You'll be involved in our incident response processes to help resolve production issues. You'll be finding new ways to automate and streamline processes. 

In this Technical Operations role, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships and work with teams across the organization in our mission to make digital banking personal. 

Travel may possibly be required up to 5% for company meetings and professional development. This position will be hired Remotely (any US location), with the option to choose to work in one of many Jack Henry offices across the US.
